Drag folder onto Picon, and it presents you with the top ten icons contained in that folder. You can then assign one of these be the folder' con. Alternatively hit Command-c to copy an icon. You can then paste it in later using the Finder Get Info command. Warning New icons probably won appear until after the next restart. assigr Narning
